Let It Rip

After the Flynn-Flam Man decided to do a deal with special prosecutor, Robert Mueller, where he pled guilty to only one count- lying to the F.B.I. – we knew something big was going down. (Hopefully it will be 260 pounds. and have orange hair!)

Considering how many potential charges could have been brought against the Flynn-Flam Man and his side-kick son, Pizzagate, it seems pretty clear, that Mueller and his team offered that deal because they believe they are going to get bigger fish to fry- a yummy seafood delight of Jared, Don Jr., and the great orange shark. (I’ll take fries, extra tartar sauce with my meal and a supersize drink, as these jerk offs will be hard to swallow.)

Just days before the Flynn deal became public, The Don, with the complicity of his attorney, Ty Cobb, was hopping round Mara-a-Lago, believing that the investigation would be coming to an end by the end of the year.

Then came the Flynn guilty plea. Initially, The Don continued his delusional game in which he pronounced that there was nothing to worry about.

When I watched him say that on T.V, I turned to a colleague and said something like: I give him one day before he starts devaluing the F.B.I. and shaming them by calling the them losers at law and order.

So when the Twitter storm rained down against the F.B.I., it was predictable. Every time The Don feels threatened, unfairly treated, unappreciated, or let down, he invents his own reality and then attacks those that he perceives have wronged him.

“The Law and Order Man” decided to go after the preimenent law and order agencies in the country. The D.O.J and the F.B.I, the agencies responsible for protecting us against terrorism, have now been added to The Don’s growing list of terrorist organizations.

The Don’s most memorable tweet follows:

“After years of Comey, with the phony and dishonest Clinton investigation (and more), running the FBI, its reputation is in Tatters – worst in History! But fear not, we will bring it back to greatness,”

And here’s some push back:

James Comey: I want the American people to know this truth: The FBI is honest. The FBI is strong. And the FBI is, and always will be, independent.

Sally Yates: The FBI is in “tatters”? No. The only thing in tatters is the President’s respect for the rule of law. The dedicated men and women of the FBI deserve better.

Speaking of tatters and the law, let’s talk about our favorite convict (for now at least), the Flynn-Flam Man. This is the man that conducted the “The Deplorable Chorus” in the call and answer Christmas Carol “Lock her Up.”

And though the Republican obsession with locking up Hillary continues and probably will continue until she is gone from this world, one thing is for sure: Flynn will most likely be fitted for his orange jump suit first. (All members of The Don’s prison team will wear orange in honor of his hair to promote his new Reality TV show “Prisoners of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.”)

Such delicious irony and practically Shakespearian, as Mr. Flynn: thou did “protest too much, me thinks.”

But I digress, as I want to return to the word “tatters,” The Don’s description of the current state of the F.B.I. Actually, as Sally Yates suggests, I think he has it backward: what is in tatters is his presidency. And so are the lives of the people who have wrapped themselves in his delusional world of deceit and criminality. Flynn and perhaps others, masquerading as promoters and defenders of our country, have potentially violated the Logan Act.

The Logan Act (1 Stat. 613, 18 U.S.C. § 953, enacted January 30, 1799) is a United States federal law that criminalizes negotiation by unauthorized persons with foreign governments having a dispute with the United States.

And the motivation for potentially committing “high crimes and misdemeanors:” Sanctions. Sanctions. Sanctions. Or, to quote Flynn: “Rip it up.” What Flynn was hoping to shred and tatter were the sanctions the U.S. had imposed on the Russians as retaliation for their invasion of the Ukraine and the unlawful annexation of Crimea.

The result of these sanctions is that many of the wealthiest Putin oligarchs can’t engage in any business dealings with the U.S., which costs them (and by association Putin) billions of dollars.

The search for evidence that The Don’s administration was colluding with the Russians to influence the election, in exchange for lifting of the sanctions, is contained in a Flynn text message. The phrases ‘rip it up” and “good to go” say it all.

It took Flynn all of 11 minutes in to The Don’s Inauguration speech to take out his phone and text a former business partner. If he had to text so badly, he should have at least raised his hand like any civilized kindergartner and excused himself to the bathroom where he could have had his Twitter diarrhea moment in private.

What else did he text during the inauguration:

Fuck, if I hear this idiot ranting about Making America Great Again I am going to puke. Stop with the M.A.G.A and let’s get on with the M.M.M (Make More Money.)

Little did Flynn know that someone was looking over his shoulder when he was texting and M.M.M is now M. M.R. (Make My Ruination!)

Other texts include one to Turkey President Erdogan, promising him that he wasn’t forgotten and that the “delivery was on its way.” Intriguing, nyet?

The besmirched F.B.I. searched his Seamless account, which showed it had been suspended for “being a bad person” as well as a ‘lack of imagination in food choice in only ordering from Turkish restaurants’.

Further investigation revealed that what Flynn was referring to was his promise to deliver (kidnap) Erdogan’s hated opponent Fethullah Gulen.

And so what is the “good to go” part all about? Simply put, it was about brokering a deal to build nuclear reactors throughout the Middle East with Russian help. Sounds like a slight violation of the sanctions, nyet?

Once again, the morally bankrupt Republicans stand on the sidelines as The Don tries to invalidate the F.B.I. and the Mueller investigation. And the volume of the rhetoric from the right, in its attempt to validate Mueller, will only grow and embolden the president to attack the validity of the investigation. And the Law and Order President will go full- frontal and it will get ugly and crazier by the day.

In remaining silent, the Republicans have lost any credibility and de-evolved to a new species: human invertebrates. The party that has retreated on its denunciation of a pedophile is so deep in the swamp that it is possible that they will continue to be complicit with the attempt to invalidate Mueller.

Man, these are fucked up times!
